An Arduino GPS tool
Runs on MEGA (not UNO bq we need serial ports)
as of now max of three Serial ports for GPS receivers
Serial, Serial2 and Serial3
9600 baud GPS baud changeable
Poll all GPS ports in a loop to keep the RX buffers(64 byte) utilization low
